At Bergen Consultants, one form of fee we charge is a retainer fee. This involves an upfront fee paid by the client to secure the recruiting firm's services. This fee is typically a percentage of the projected total cost, and shows that we are serious about finding great talent for your organization, and it allows us to focus our time and energy on your specific needs. We'll work hard to find the perfect candidate, making sure your investment in our services pays off in the long run.
At Bergen Consultants our contingency fee is 20% of the new hires annual salary. This is paid due 60 days upon successful placement of a candidate.
A hybrid model combines elements of both retainer and contingency. Our clients pays an initial fee upfront, which is a portion of the total fee, while the remaining amount is paid upon successfully placing a candidate.
Another option is we do the sourcing and find 10 candidates that are interested in the company an meet your minimum requirements and then you take it from there. Our Flat Fee is $3000.
